History has fascinated me since I was a child, and discovering reenactment, living history and experimental archaeology transformed that passion into something tangible, giving me the chance to step into the past and experience history for myself.

Through hours of research and endless dives down historical rabbit holes, I came to realise that my work is, at its heart, a love letter to history—and especially to the mysterious, magical women whose lives paved the way for my own.

Bringing these women back to life and speaking with the public at museums and venues across the country has allowed me to connect modern audiences with their extraordinary stories. It has become more than an act of historical interpretation; it is an opportunity to challenge enduring stereotypes and highlight the strength, resilience, and complexity of women, both past and present.
